U <br />n <br />Z <br />M <br />n <br />rn <br />n <br />D <br />CJ► �y <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />0 `7v <br />WHEREAS, Commercial Federal Bank the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as First Party, is the owner of the <br />mortgage dated July 9, 2002 and recorded on the July 15, 2002, as document No. 2002 -07349 in Vol. N/A at page N/A , in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, State of Nebraska, securing a debt in the original amount of $18,418.00 , and <br />covering the following described real estate situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />LOT 14, BLOCK 1, IN MEVES FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, Michael D. and Lisa R.
