<br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />This Agreement executed this 15TH of November, 2002 by *TierOne Bank,
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary.
<br />WHEREAS, TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, executed a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Bradley D. Peters and Linda M. Peters in the original amount of $31,000.00

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, affecting the following described property:
