WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2001, executed by Charles Todd Milton and
<br />Sandra U. Milton, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Paints Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200101294 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of February, 2001.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
