A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2 <br />SEI /4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West <br />of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Twenty Five (25), Westwood Park Fourth <br />Subdivision; thence S29'55'40"W, along and upon the southwesterly prolongation <br />of the west line of said Lot Twenty Five (25), Westwood Park Fourth Subdivision, <br />and also being the southwesterly prolongation of the easterly right of way line <br />of Fleetwood Road, a distance of Two Hundred Thirteen and Fifteen Hundredths <br />(213.15) feet; thence S60'06'18 "E, a distance of Five Hundred Ninety Five and <br />Five Tenths (595.50) feet to a point of curvature; thence running easterly, along <br />and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 100 feet, a distance of <br />Fifty and Fifty Eight Hundredths (50.58) feet (long chord = 50.04', long chord <br />bearing = S74'35'38 "E) to a point of tangency, said tangency being on the <br />westerly prolongation of the northerly right of way line of Sandalwood Drive (as <br />platted in Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision); thence S89'04'58 "E, along and upon <br />the westerly prolongation of said northerly right of way line of Sandalwood Drive, a <br />distance of Seventy Six (76.0) feet to the southwest corner of Lot Eighteen (18), <br />said Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision; thence S45'27'09"W, along and upon <br />a westerly line of said Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision, a distance of Eighty <br />Four and Seventeen Hundredths (84.17) feet to the northwest corner of Lot <br />Nineteen (19), said Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision; thence N89'04'58 "W, <br />along and upon the westerly prolongation of the southerly right of way line of <br />Sandalwood Drive (as platted in Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision), a distance <br />of Sixteen and Ninety Six Hundredths (16.96) feet to a point of curvature; thence <br />running westerly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius <br />is 160 feet, a distance of Eighty and Ninety Two Hundredths (80.92) feet (long <br />chord = 80.06', long chord bearing = N74'35'38 "W) to a point of tangency; <br />thence N60'06'18 "W, a distance of Six Hundred Fifty Five and Fifty Four <br />Hundredths (655.54) feet to a point on the southwesterly prolongation of the <br />westerly right of way line of Fleetwood Road (as platted in Westwood Park Fourth <br />Subdivision; thence N29'55'40 "E, along and upon the southwesterly prolongation <br />of said westerly right of way of Fleetwood Road, a distance of Three Hundred <br />Three and Twenty Seven Hundredths (303.27) feet to the southeast corner of <br />Lot Twenty Four (24), said Westwood Park Fourth Subdivision; thence S33'26'23'E, <br />along and upon a south line of said Westwood Park Fourth Subdivision, a distance <br />of Sixty Seven and Twelve Hundredths (67.12) feet to the point of beginning. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT ON SHEET 2 OF 2) <br />BENJ"3N k ASSOCIATES, INC. - ENGINEERS k SURTEYORs <br />P. 0.
