<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Lynette A. Meyer, Paul Meyer,
<br />Steven P Swanson and Nichole L Swanson, trustors, to Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Trustee, and Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded November 1, 2002, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No 0200211962 of the
<br />mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
