<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KENNETH A
<br />WOITALEWICZ AND MELISSA M WOITALEWICZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE_ to Arend R
<br />Baack Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER I
<br />2001 and recorded SEPTEMBER 13.2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200109289 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Rmonveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) AND THE EAST 40' OF LOT FIVE (5) IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17) IN THE
<br />ORIGINAL TOWN OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
