<br />and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of Lot
<br />Sixteen (16), Block Fourteen (14), Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, the easement and right -of -way more particularly described as follows:

<br />Seven and Seventy One Hundredths (57.71) feet, of Lot Sixteen (16), Block
