<br />REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred to in the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance set out below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust and requests the Trustee to reconvey the trust property by executing the following
<br />Deed of Reconveyance.

<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Irvin D. Skrdlant and Marjorie
<br />G. Skrdlant, husband and wife, 311 N. 4t' Street, Doniphan, NE 68832, as Trustors, to David H.
<br />Fisher, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -1044, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Allen D. Losee and Dorothy M. Losee, husband and wife, as Beneficiaries, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement above:
<br />Deed of Trust recorded August 10, 1999, as Instrument No. 0099108068.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />1. Lot 1, Losee Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />2. The NW /4 of 26 -9 -10, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT Lot 1,
