Folsom and Sallie Stark Folsom, Husband and <br />Wife, as Joint Tenants executed a Deed of Trust to Gateway Community Bank , a division of NFSB on the <br />following described real estate to wit: <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Eleven (11), Kemohan & Decker's Addition <br />To the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Which Deed of Trust was in the original amount of 127,500.00 and was recorded August 1, 2001 <br />in Instrument 0200107578 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska and <br />WHEREAS, John D. Folsom and Sallie Stark Folsom, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants have secured a <br />loan not exceeding $100,000.00 from IAjd $61(3A( which loan is secured by a Deed of Trust on the <br />above described real estate and, l'.S.
