STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />200213099 <br />I, Lee D. Wagner, being first duly sworn, upon oath deposes and says as follows, to wit: <br />On this date, he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now Vice - President of Benjamin & <br />Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />2. Affiant further states that on October 15, 2002, he competed a survey survey of "HARDER ESTATES SUBDIVISION" in <br />the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at the Register of Deeds Office located in the Hall County <br />Administration Building. <br />Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "HARDER ESTATES SUBDIVISION ", and has discovered an <br />error in the "NOTE" located at the top right hand corner of "SHEET 1 OF 2" of the subdivision plat pertaining to the statement <br />concerning Dakota Street should have been omitted. <br />4. Affiant further states that the "NOTE" shall now read "NOTE: NEBRASKA STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS I AND 6, <br />ROBINSON'S ADD., ALEXANDRIA STREET FROM THE NORTH LINE OF NEBRASKA STREET TO THE NORTH <br />LINE OF ROBINSON'S ADD., AND THE 16' ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, ROWNSON'S ADD. WERE ALL VACATED BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 344 (DOC. NO. 200207311, HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE), EXCEPTING THAT <br />PART OF CENTURA HILLS SUB." in lieu of "NOTE: DAKOTA STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 6 AND 7, ROBINSON'S ADD., <br />NEBRASKA STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 1 AND 6, ROBINSON'S ADD., ALEXANDRIA STREET FROM THE NORTH <br />LINE OF NEBRASKA STREET TO THE NORTH LINE OF ROBINSON'S ADD., AND THE 16' ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, <br />ROBINSON'S ADD. WERE ALL VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 344 (DOC. NO. 200207311, HALL COUNTY REGISTER <br />OF DEEDS OFFICE), EXCEPTING THAT PART OF ALEXANDRIA STREET PREVIOUSLY VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. <br />300, WHICH IS NOW A PART OF CENTURA HILLS SUB." as now shown in "NOTE" on said sudivision plat; the statement <br />concerning Dakota Street being erroneous, null and void. <br />Further Affiant Saith Not.
