<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the %'may of November, 2002, The Provident Bank,
<br />an Ohio corporation, d/b /a PCFS Financial Services, Inc., as plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Donald A. Dramse, Carrie L. Dramse, U.S. Bank, National
<br />Association ND, Trustee and Beneficiary, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names unknown, as defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of such Petition being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by
<br />said Donald Dramse and Carrie Dramse, husband and wife, to G. Tommy Bastian, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Morcap, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter
<br />described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other
<br />equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated October 28, 1998 and was recorded October 29, 1998, as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 110612 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot 1, Homestead 2°a Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on May 24, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200205568 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
