<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust LARRY J LORENZEN and LINDA D
<br />LORENZEN , HUSBAND AND WIFE, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated December 12, 2001 and recorded December 13, 2001 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument No.: 0200112837 of the Trust Deed
<br />Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
