Goetz, a single person (the "Debtor ") which was recorded in the <br />county of Hall, State of Nebraska, as 99- 110859 on November 10, 1999 (the "Subordinated <br />Instrument') covering real property located in Grand Island in the above -named county of Hall, <br />State of Nebraska, as more particularly described in the Subordinated Instrument (the <br />"Property "). <br />PLEASE SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" (Legal Description) <br />LOT 13, BLOCK 3, NIEVES FIRST ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtor secured by a deed of trust /mortgage on the Property <br />which will be recorded (the "Lender Instrument').
