<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LONNIE L LOGAN AND CATHY A LOGAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE -
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 31, 2000 and recorded JUNE 1, 2000 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 200004473
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENTS DATED
<br />JANUARY 25, 2002 AND RECORDED JANUARY 28, 2002 AS DOC # 0200201042 AND
<br />0200201041;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT SIX (6) BLOCK EIGHTY -THREE (83) WHEELER AND BENNETT'S FOURTH
<br />ADDITION TO GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />AND
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) BLOCK EIGHTY -THREE (83) WHEELER & BENNETT' S FOURTH
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAAD, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
