Cf> <br />C D <br />--� m <br />O -rl <br />� Z <br />D QJ <br />r � <br />r z> <br />co <br />D <br />co <br />Cn <br />O <br />N <br />O <br />O <br />N <br />F-+ <br />N <br />co <br />co <br />O <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this /��y NOVEMBER, 2002, <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />TERRY C SHEEN AND MELANIE S SHEEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN SOUTHERN ACRES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated SEPTEMBER 10, 1999, and filed for record on <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 1999, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 99107 228 AND A DEED OF TRUST <br />MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED MAY 13,2M2 AND RECORDED MAY 28, 2002 AS <br />DOCUMENT # 0200205616; <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of OCTOBER 1, 2014, <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO NOVEMBER 1, 2017. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
