<br />husband and wife, GRANTORS, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto Sherry
<br />Ann Kissler, a single person, GRANTEE, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S112SE1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6'" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said S1/2SE1/4; thence running on an
<br />assumed bearing of N 00 °00'00" E on the East line of said S1/2SE1/4 for a
<br />distance of 620.00 feet; thence N 89'10'51" W parallel with the South line of said
<br />S12SE1/4 for 791.37 feet; thence S 00°00'00" E for 620.00 feet to a point on the
<br />South line of said S1/2SE114; thence S 89'10'51" E for 791.37 feet to the POINT
<br />OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 11.263 acres more or less, the Southerly and
<br />Easterly 33.00 feet thereof being Hall County road right -of -way.
