<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by THOMAS D.
<br />HOHNBAUM AND PAMELA HOHNBAUM, HUSBAND AND WIFE to FIDELITY
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE, Trustee, for the benefit of REED AND REED, INC.,
<br />the beneficiary named therein, dated April 4, 2002 and recorded April 9, 2002 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200203880, and has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
