<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 3, 2002, executed by Mary F. Babel, Trustee of the Mary
<br />F. Babel Living Revocable Trust, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as \.
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds Office and entered as Instrument No. 0200203920 on the 11th day of April 2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot 8, Island, located in Section 29; Lots 5,6, and 7, in Section 28; and approximately 20 acres
<br />of accretion land thereto located in section 27; all in Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, together with all accretion land, easements, and rights of
<br />way.
<br />AND The West Half of Lot 3, all of Lot 4, and the East Half of Lot 5, Block 6, First Addition to
<br />the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19th day of November, 2002.
