<br />MARY F. BABEL, TRUSTEE OF THE MARY F. BABEL LIVING REVOCABLE —
<br />TRUST, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
<br />sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) received from Grantees, does hereby

<br />LLC, a limited liability company, AND BRIAN J. MCMAHON, as

<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />PARCEL 2: Lot Eight (8), Island, located in Section Twenty -nine
<br />(29), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PARCEL 3: Twenty (20) acres of accretion ground located in
<br />Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which Twenty (20) acres is adjacent
<br />to and easterly of Lot Seven (7) in the above described
<br />Parcel 1 and which is on Page 62 of Book E in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County with
<br />reference number 8.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs, successors
<br />and assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantees and with their heirs, successors and assigns, that I am
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance and that I have good right and lawful authority to
