<br />(29), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PARCEL 3: Twenty (20) acres of accretion ground located in
<br />Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which Twenty (20) acres is adjacent
<br />to and easterly of Lot Seven (7) in the above described
<br />Parcel 1 and which is on Page 62 of Book E in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County with
<br />reference number 8.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
