<br />CONNIE LUTON AND BARBARA BOOS, Co- Personal Representatives of the
<br />Estate of Daniel M. Luton, Deceased, pursuant to the authority of 30-
<br />2476 (23) of the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
<br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does \
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto MARY C. MILLAN, GRANTEE,
<br />the following described real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Three (3), in College Addition to West Lawn, an
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the
<br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said
<br />Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described real property and all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants
<br />that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of
<br />Daniel M. Luton, Deceased.
