Smith, Grantors, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to <br />Laverna E. Reimers, Grantee, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Reimers and Patricia A.
