<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THIPHAKAYSONE SOUVANDARA A SINGLE PERSON AND THIP
<br />SOUVANDARA A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 7 2002 and recorded AUGUST 21.2002
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200208755 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Rmonveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
