<br />of the State of Nebraska, formerly known as First National Bank and Trust Company in
<br />Aurora, as Trustee, Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), received from Grantee,
<br />HGI Land, a Nebraska Partnership, conveys to Grantee as Trustee, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76 -201):

<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (NW %), North Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW' /<), Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW% NE' / <),
<br />and Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW' /. SE' /a), all in Section
<br />Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />61" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed corrects the conveyance recorded as Instrument No.
<br />200209627, Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, by including the Grantor's fiduciary capacity.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee mat Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />and defects except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
