<br />On this 7th day of November , 2002, before me, a Notary Public, personally appeared
<br />Jerry Woitaszewski, to me known to be the person named in and who executed the foregoing instrument,
<br />who did say that he is the president of Jerry & Linda Woitaszewski's Corporation, a corporation, which is a
<br />joint venturer of Woitaszewski Brothers Farm, a joint venture, that the instrument was signed on behalf of
<br />the corporation by authority of its board of directors and signed on behalf of the joint venture by authority
<br />of its joint venturers and he acknowledged the execution of the instrument to be the voluntary act and deed
<br />of the corporation and the joint venture, by them voluntarily executed.
