<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June
<br />Williams, A Single Person, as Trusto
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />County, Nebraska on June 21, 2001
<br />2001 - 08652, and
<br />Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />13, 2001 and August 22, 2001, and executed by Jeanne
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />and August 28, 2001, as Instrument No. 2001 -05984 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />All of the West One Third (W1/3) of Lot One (1), Excepting the North Two Hundred Eleven
<br />(211) feet thereof in Windolph's Subdivision, of a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(W1/2 NE1 /4) and a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2 NW1.4) of Section
<br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7th day of November, 2002.
