Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Fleet National Bank on November 28, 2000 and recorded on November 29, 2000 at Document No. 200010372 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. on August 16, 2002 and recorded on August 30, 2002 at Document No. 200209160. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
