<br />dated OCTOBER 23. 1992 and recorded OCTOBER 23. 1992 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT# 92-
<br />109141 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered; THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance With the
