<br />the undersigned, Earl Ahlschwede, Attorney and member of the Nebraska Bar Association, of

<br />on SEPTEMBER 13, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 0200209693, has been modified;
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />saNngs Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />LOT TWENTY TWO (22), WEST BEL AIR FIFTH SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL

<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
