<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Ianeen M. Becker, a single person, as Truster, did on or about November 12,
<br />1990, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Dccd of Trust c�
<br />wherein said Truster conveyed the following- deseribcd real property:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Block Four (4), in Lambert's Second Addition, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Truster obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 13, 1990, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90- 106458.
<br />On or about November 15, 1990, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded November 27, 1990, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90-
<br />106738.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Truster for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Tmstor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
