WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 22, 2002 executed by Terry Walter, A Single
<br />Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200208821 in the Register of Deeds Office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of August, 2002,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Eagle Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 22, 2002, as Instrument No.
<br />0200208821 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
