<br />JERRY D. GREENWOOD and MARCELLA M. GREENWOOD, husband and
<br />wife, Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER \�
<br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />quitclaim and convey to JERRY D. GREENWOOD, TRUSTEE OF THE JERRY D.
<br />GREENWOOD REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 6, 2002, Grantee, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat.
<br />section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />1. The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1 /2 NE1 /4) of Section
<br />Twenty -Eight (2B) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Eight (28) , Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting therefrom the following described property:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4)
<br />of Section Twenty -Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4);
<br />thence northerly, along and upon the west line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Six Hundred Eighty (680.0) feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 89 °37'15" and running easterly, parallel
<br />with the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of
<br />One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty -Five (1,325.0) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 90 °22'45" and running southerly, parallel with the
<br />west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Six
<br />Hundred Eighty (680.0) feet to a point on the south line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (WI/4); thence deflecting right 89 °37'15" and
<br />running westerly, along and upon the south line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter, a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty -Five
<br />(1,325.0) feet to the point of beginning and containing 20.684
<br />acres, more or less, of which 0.515 acres, more or less, is
<br />presently occupied by public road right of way,
<br />and further excepting therefrom a tract of land legally described as Lot
<br />One (1) M.G. Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed by Warranty
<br />Deed dated March 19, 1999, and recorded on March 19, 1999, as Document No.
<br />99- 102877 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
