<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 1st, 2002 executed by Gary R Jacobson, a single person,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0200206152, on the 2nd day of June, 2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), having a lakefront frontage of 78 Feet, situated on the West side of
<br />the West portion of Kuester's Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW %) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
