<br />Of Trust dated FEBRUARY 12, 1998, executed by GARY D. BARTEL A SINGLE PERSON, as
<br />Truster, for the benefit of UNION BANK AND TRUST CO., which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded FEBRUARY 17, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 101320, in Book No. - - -, at
<br />Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />Said Deed of Trust /Mortgage was Subordinated: Recorded 02120198 as Instrument

<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
