200`.12543 <br />- ADDENDUM TO DEED OF TRUST <br />Dated; October 30, 2002 <br />Paragraph 11 of the Deed of Trust is deleted, and the following inserted in its <br />place: <br />11. Events of Default. The following shall constitute an Event of <br />Default under this Deed of Trust: <br />(a) Failure to pay any installment of principal or interest <br />secured hereby when due, <br />(b) The sale or other transfer to the Property or any <br />interest of the Trustor therein, <br />(c) The failure to maintain in full force and effect all <br />insurance required to be maintained on or with respect to the <br />Property; <br />(d) The failure to pay property taxes or assessments upon <br />the Property prior to delinquency; <br />(e) Action or inaction by Trustor which results in the <br />filing, recording or attachment of a lien upon the Property superior <br />to that of the Lender; <br />(f) The determination that any statement given or made by <br />ID <br />the Trustor or Borrower in connection with any aspect of the <br />obligation secured hereby is fraudulent or materially <br />misrepresentative. <br />(g) The commission of waste with respect to the Property; <br />(h) Death of the Trustor, or any of them if more than one. <br />This addendum is entered into contemporaneously with the Deed of Trust <br />described above. <br />Dated: October 30, 2002 X 4 40 _ <br />Da d A.
