<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, G
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 4, 2002 executed by Reynolds & Ziska, Inc. A L-
<br />Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200209283, on the 4th day of September, 2002,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT FIVE (5), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK TWO (2), IN EVANS ADDITION AND ITS
<br />COMLEMENT, THE WESTERLY TEN AND EIGHT TENTHS (10.8) FEET OF
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SEVEN (7), IN LAMBERT'S
<br />ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
