ORDINANCE NO. 8781 <br />An ordinance to vacate existing easements located in Grand Island Industrial Park <br />West Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to provide for filing this <br />ordinance in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County; and to provide for publication <br />and the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the existing eight (8.0) foot easement located in a part of Lots <br />Twenty One (21), Twenty Two (22), Twenty Three (23), Twenty Four (24), and Twenty Five <br />(25), Grand Island Industrial Park West Subdivision in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as shaded and identified on Exhibit "A" dated October 9, 2002, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, are hereby vacated. <br />SECTION 2.
