200212490 <br />thereon shall bear interest at the default rate provided in the Note this Mortgage secures <br />from the due date of the installment upon which the default occurred or the date of such <br />other default in performance of covenants hereunder until paid; <br />C. Remedy the default and charge Mortgagors the amount thereof with interest at the <br />default rate provided in the Note this Mortgage secures from the date Mortgagee remedies <br />the default, which amount with interest shall become a debt due from Mortgagors to <br />Mortgagee payable the next succeeding installment date; <br />d. Sue to recover any amounts due from Mortgagors to Mortgagee; <br />e. Foreclose the interest of Mortgagors hereunder; <br />f. Seek any other remedy to which Mortgagee may be entitled at law or equity. <br />15. Notice. <br />Mortgagee shall give Mortgagors written notice of default in payment or breach of any other <br />covenant in this Mortgage, or of exercise of the right of acceleration of maturity as provided <br />herein. Any notice from Mortgagee to Mortgagors shall be given by mailing such notice by <br />certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to Mortgagors at the address stated <br />herein or at such other address as Mortgagors may designate by written notice to <br />Mortgagee. Should Mortgagors have occasion to give notice to Mortgagee, Mortgagors <br />shall give such notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Mortgagee's address <br />stated herein or such other address as Mortgagee may designate by written notice to <br />Mortgagors. <br />16. Release. <br />Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Mortgagee shall discharge this <br />Mortgage without charge to Mortgagors. Mortgagors shall pay all costs of recording. <br />17. Benefit. <br />All rights and remedies reserved to the Mortgagee and all of the obligations herein imposed <br />upon Mortgagors shall be deemed to run with the land and shall be for the benefit of the <br />successors and assigns of Mortgagee, and shall bind the heirs, person" sentatives, <br />successors and assigns of Mortgagors. -� /�}; �_ <br />
