This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this % day November, 2002, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and Jerry P. Jensen and Mary M. Jensen, Husband and Wife hereinafter referred to as `Borrower'. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: See attached Exhibit "A" which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated October 17, 1997, and filed for record on October 24, 1997, by the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 97- 108959. WHEREAS, such Deed of Tmst/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of November 1, 2002; WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO November 1. 2026. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
