<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Evitelio Espinoza and Candi Espinoza, husband and wife, as joint tenants, WROS, (hereinafter called

<br />of Lot Two (2), Block Thirty -three (33), in the Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
