<br />200212345 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, The Thompson Company ( "Beneficiary"), is the beneficiary under
<br />a Deed of Trust executed by Mary Jo Dowd, a single person, Patrick F. Dowd and C,
<br />Suzanne Dowd, husband and wife, as owners, and Dresibach's Steak House, a
<br />Nebraska corporation, Tenant ( "Trustor ") dated April 24, 2001 and recorded on
<br />June 26, 2001 as Instrument No. 200106192 in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, because the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust have been
<br />satisfied by the payment thereof, the Beneficiary has requested that the Trustee
<br />reconvey the trust property described in the Deed of Trust to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />the Deed of Trust in the real estate described as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) Dowd Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska (the `Trust Property ").
