M., INC., a Corporation organized and existing under and <br />by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, for and in v <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />convey to SHANE R. MOORMAN and ERIN E. MOORMAN, husband and wife, <br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, Grantees, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Eight (R), Sheridan Place Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to <br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or <br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any <br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor: <br />(i) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein; <br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, B.
