SUCCESSION TO REAL PROPERTY BY AFFIDAVIT <br />FOR SMALL ESTATES <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The undersigned affiant upon being first duly sworn, hereby deposes and states: ~' <br />1 . Archie Ernest Price, deceased, owned the interest in the following real estate <br />on the date of his death: <br />Undivided one -half (' /2) interest in Lot Eighteen (18 ), Argo 4t" Subdivision , <br />Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. The value of the Decedent's interest in all real property in the decedent's <br />estate located in this state does not exceed twenty -five thousand dollars. <br />The value of the decedent's interest shall be determined from the value of <br />the property as shown on the assessment rolls for the year in which the <br />decedent died and the Hall County assessor shows the value for the above <br />real estate to be $19,891 .00. The Decedent's '/z interest is $9,945.50. <br />3. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent, which as on <br />August 26, 1997, as shown in a certified copy of the Decedent's death <br />certificate attached to this affidavit. <br />4. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative <br />is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction <br />5. Pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section §30- 24,129, Affiant is <br />entitled to the real property by reason of the homestead allowance, <br />exempt property allowance or family allowance, by intestate succession, <br />or by devise under the will of the decedent. <br />6. Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to determine any <br />will. <br />7. No other person has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the above <br />described property. <br />8. Affiant's entitlement is based upon Affiant's status as heir and wife of <br />Decedent, and based on the fact that the entire estate of the Decedent <br />does not exceed $25,000.00. <br />9.
