The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, by <br />action of its City Council on September 24, 2002, enacted Ordinance No. 8775, which vacated <br />Fortune Street and directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner <br />and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 8775 was published in the Grand Island Independent according to <br />law on September 30, 2002, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the <br />Grand Island Independent for three successive weeks on October 1, October 8, and October 15, <br />2002, all as required by § 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943. <br />3.
