<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />1. The CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, by
<br />action of its City Council on September 24, 2002, enacted Ordinance No. 8775, which vacated
<br />Fortune Street and directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner
<br />and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 8775 was published in the Grand Island Independent according to
<br />law on September 30, 2002, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the
<br />Grand Island Independent for three successive weeks on October 1, October 8, and October 15,
<br />2002, all as required by § 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No.
<br />8775.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal
<br />corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br />received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />INDIANHEAD GOLF CLUB, LLC
<br />herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The southerly Three Hundred Forty (340.0) feet of Fortune Street lying south of
<br />the southerly right -of -way line of Trust Street and adjacent to the west line of Lot
<br />Twenty One (21), Grand Island Industrial Park West Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as shown on the diagram dated September
<br />5, 2002, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference.
