<br />This Document corrects Instrument No. 0200210502
<br />MICHAEL S. AND SANDY S. WILLIAMS, husband and wife, herein called the
<br />Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and

<br />underground irrigation systems, paver bricks, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in,

<br />Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:
