Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called Bank, is the owner and
<br />holder of certain instruments executed by Norman D. Saale and Phyllis B. Saale,
<br />hereinafter called borrower, of Hall County, Nebraska, creating a lien and security
<br />interest in the following described real estate recorded as document no. 0200202318
<br />And, Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called new lender has
<br />loaned money to borrower, provided new lender receives a Deed of Trust and first lien on
<br />the foregoing described real estate to secure the performance of all terms and conditions
<br />of the secured promissory note and any payments thereunder.
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of the above Bank agrees to and hereby
<br />subordinates in favor of new lender, and its successors and assigns, all its liens or security
<br />interests executed by borrower, insofar as they cover the following described property:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BRACH'S F, f}h SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
