200212184 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on June 4, 1998, <br />as Instrument No. 98- 105385, by Michael Hummel and Beverly Hummel, Trustors, in which <br />James A. Willman and Richard P. Willman, are named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a <br />breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustors failure to make debt payments as they became due.
