200212173 <br />JOINT DRIVE WAYAGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this /0 day of July, 2002, by and between C & F <br />INVESTMENTS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, party of the first part, which <br />expression shall include its successors or assigns, and BARBARA J.
