KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />.Tamps A_ Smith, A Single Person , Trustor, to
<br />Heritage Bank fka Bank of Wood River Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Heritage Bank fka Bank of Wood River , the Beneficiary named herein,
<br />dated January 20, 1998 ,and recorded January 30 ,1998 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall , County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No.98- 100741 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested
<br />in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:

<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled there to all the interest and

<br />West boundary line of Lots One (1) , Two (2) and Three (3) , a distance of One
<br />Hundred Twenty Feed (120'); thence running Easterly and parallel to the South
<br />boundary line of Lot Three (3), a distance of Eighty Feet (80'); thence running
<br />Northerly and parallel to the East boundary line of Lots One (1), Two (2) and
<br />Three (3) , a distance of One Hundred Twenty Feet (120'); thence Westerly along,
<br />the North boundary line of Lot One (1), a distance of Eighty Feet (80') to the
<br />place of beginning and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 367
