JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />\ <br />GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska <br />Corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration of SIXTY -FOUR THOUSAND AND NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ($64,000.00), received from GRANTEE, ENRIQUE SOMBRA and <br />PRISCILLA SOMBRA, Husband and Wife, GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76- <br />201): <br />Lot Two (2),'9tis$-Houghkirk Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES <br />that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />During such time as the property described herein is used for a purpose for <br />which assistance under the Housing Opportunity Program Extension Act of 1996, P.L. <br />104 -120, was provided or for another purpose involving the provision of similar services <br />or benefits, then no person having an interest in this property shall refuse service for or <br />accommodation or other benefits to any person with respect to the property on account <br />of the person's race, color or national origin or otherwise engage in discrimination <br />conduct of any kind on account of a person's race, color or national origin with respect <br />to the property.
