TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />LARRY W FOWLE AND BARBARA A FOWLS, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated JUNE 28, 2001 and recorded JUNE 2, 2001 AS <br />Document # 0200106454, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE IN HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT 2, BLOCK 146, IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION, CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 1st day of November 2002. <br />Arend R.
